Tiosebon shoes themselves are great altho this particular order all pairs are too large. Major issue is that their email and website are no longer active so unable to request help or get refund for previous order that was never received. Also can no longer order direct from Tiosebon but only through 3rd Parties like Amazon. Not quite sure what is going on with the company, which is a shame as my previous knit walking shoes from Tiosebon (via Amazon) were brilliant - super comfy and super easy to wear in the heat etc.
