Lace Up Sock Walking Shoes

I ordered with Express shipping and still it took me almost a month to get. I'm assuming it was for waiting on shipment but I received zero and I mean zero communication and I started wondering if I wasted money. I emailed numerous times to ask why it's taking so long but nothing in return until the day before delivery. Even then it was just an email with no real concern just sending me a link to return if that's what I wanted, which it wasn't.

Received my shoes- can only describe them as rubbish! Lumps in the so called cushion backs making them incredibly uncomfortable. Quality is a joke- nit supportive and should not be on the market. Have tried to return them with the 100% money back guarantee and feel that their customer service person is only interested in offering me discounts and trying to deter me from returning items - saying postage would not be covered and the parcel would more than likely be lost. - costing me more money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

These were very cute and comfortable sneakers. I bought a pair for myself and my daughter, who loves them also!
